Abe Templeton

Chief Executive Officer

Abe Templeton founded Recoil Energy in 2015 and has led the company’s evolution into a pure-play waste reclamation platform. Following Recoil’s acquisition by Ace Gathering in 2018, Mr. Templeton held senior leadership roles and drove a strategic pivot away from gathering operations, repositioning the business toward higher-return, scalable waste management solutions. Under his leadership, Recoil has sharpened its strategic focus, improved operating performance and established a foundation for expansion across broader waste end markets. Mr. Templeton holds a BBA from Texas A&M University.

Case Wilson

Chief Financial Officer

Case Wilson joined Recoil Energy in 2017 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, accounting, reporting and systems. He has led the build-out of Recoil’s financial infrastructure, including enhancements to reporting, internal controls and technology enablement to support growth and scalability. Prior to Recoil, Mr. Wilson worked as a statutory accountant and registered investment advisor at Parkway Advisors, advising insurance clients on financial reporting and regulatory compliance. He holds a BBA and a Master of Accountancy from Abilene Christian University.

Clint Scarborough

Chief Operating Officer

Clint Scarborough serves as Chief Operating Officer of Recoil Energy Systems, overseeing field operations and asset performance. He joined Recoil in 2023 as Vice President of Operations and was promoted to COO in 2025, reflecting his role in scaling operations and strengthening execution discipline. Prior to Recoil, Mr. Scarborough held operational and commercial roles across the Permian Basin, with experience in oil reclamation, saltwater disposal, and water infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Wabash College.
