Recoil operates under a Railroad Commission of Texas R9 Permit to Reclaim Oilfield Related Hydrocarbons, one of the more demanding regulatory frameworks in the industry. Our centrifuge-based separation technology cleanly divides incoming waste into crude oil, wastewater, and solids, each managed and disposed of in full compliance with RRC Statewide Rule 57. That permit isn’t just a credential, it’s proof of process.
